Don Strickland

Advanced Technical Services Engineer

During a 20-year career working as a technician with the Air Force, Don has held such highly-skilled positions as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Manager, Quality Assurance Program Manager and Recruiter. Now, Don brings his quarter-century of mechanical experience to bear at LMI Packaging Solutions.

With expertise in aviation technology and human resources Don excels in managing customer focused food packaging material transition projects in addition to equipment troubleshooting. He is a member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IOPP.)

Don has an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Aviation Technology along with an AAS in Human Resources. He is a proud alumnus of the Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy.
