Mike’s experience ranges from production to sales and marketing. With his understanding of high-speed production, he appreciates the implications of introducing new materials and products. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Mike holds a Bachelors of Arts degree and a minor in Economics. Mike is a member of the International Dairy, Deli, and Bakery Association and the International Dairy Foods Association, along with various regional associations.
