Randall Troutman

Vice President of Technology and Business Development

Having previously worked in the medical packaging industry, Randall brings to LMI Packaging Solutions a risk based accomplishment driven mind set focused on creating value for LMI Packaging and its customers through the development of innovative packaging solutions.  Randall most recently lead the technical departments at Oliver Medical.  Prior to that he held various packaging disciplined roles within medical device companies including, Medtronic and Smith Nephew, focused on packaging system design, development, and testing.

Along with a bachelors of science degree in Packaging from the University of Wisconsin, Randall holds a masters of business administration from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN.  He is a driven technical leader focused on thorough assessment and fast paced execution of innovative solutions driven by customer and market needs.

As a Certified Packaging Professional Randall has been involved in various levels of the IoPP organization throughout the country.
