Vice President of Operations

Rich joined LMI Packaging Solutions in January 2012 with over 20 years experience in advanced manufacturing and quality leadership. He has an extensive background in LEAN production techniques and has worked with some of the best lean practitioners in the industry. His background includes consulting for several industries including Automotive, Electronics, Healthcare and Packaging. Prior to joining LMI Packaging, Rich helped companies like Greif, Argo and Revcor identify and implement operational improvements related to quality, service to customers and manufacturing efficiencies.

In addition to production environments, Rich has successfully implemented cost saving techniques in office environments such as Human Resources, Logistics, Engineering, Product Development, and Energy. His expertise has provided him experience working throughout the USA, Australia, Asia, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.

Rich has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and a Master’s of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He is a Certified Environmental Control Manager from Columbia Southern University and is also certified in Lean Healthcare from the University of Michigan.
