Upon joining LMI Packaging Solutions in March 2009, Ron brought with him over 20 years of leadership in numerous market segments. He has broad experience in business to business markets working with firms in the consumer household products, food and protective packaging and cosmetics industries. He has consistently partnered with customers to create new product and service solutions that address unmet needs.

As president, Ron has intensified LMI Packaging's focus on addressing market and customer requirements. LMI Packaging's team works closely with customers in the beverage, dairy, dressings & sauces, medical and snack markets to drive bottom line improvement throughout their operations. Partnering with customers to address not only their foil, plastic or paper lidding needs, but also their overall business challenges is now fundamental to LMI Packaging.

In addition to graduating with an undergraduate degree in journalism from Eastern Illinois University, Ron earned his MBA from Northwestern University with majors in marketing and business strategy.
