Vince Incandela

Vice President of Employee and Community Engagement

Vince Incandela leads the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs as Vice President of Employee and Community Engagement. Vince is responsible for developing and implementing LMI Packaging’s overall strategy, including employee development, triple bottom line (3BL) and corporate social giving. 

In his many years at LMI Packaging as former Vice President of Operations, Vince has been instrumental in the implementation of lean manufacturing and has decreased yearly costs by initiating crucial waste reduction improvements and efficiency enhancements.

He joined LMI Packaging as a purchasing agent in 1990. In no time at all, he had also assumed customer service manager responsibilities and eventually joined production as plant manager. He then moved up to director of operations and on to his current position as VP.
