LMI Packaging has incorporated social values into our business operations not just to survive, but to thrive, in a changing business world. We established internal goals to enhance employee involvement through personal development. Our strong vision and mission statements combined with our family values creates a culture based on ethics and integrity.

Recently we determined that at a grass roots level, business can make a positive impact on the education of children in the United States. We are working on creating a training and development program involving youth, parents and mentors. We believe this will have a positive impact on the lives of our employees and their families. Our goal is to work to create a positive environment that improves leadership, confidence, and self-esteem skills.
