Pleasant Prairie, WI- December 21, 2020- Heading into 2020, we here at LMI had set some lofty goals for ourselves. Goals that, if achieved, would lead to our team accomplishing things we’ve not done in 53 years…
…and then 2020 happened! In a year with more distractions than we’ve seen in a long time, possibly ever, our team showed up. We battled through a global pandemic, as both our essential and non-essential folks did what they needed to do to get the job done. We battled through civil unrest in our community this summer, yet our employees were able to be kind and treat each other as humans, as equals, and we continued to work as a team.
Many things tried to derail us in 2020, and despite the distractions in our world, we stayed focused and resilient. We saw and captured opportunity when it presented itself, and we continued to grind just like all of the LMI employees before us who played a role in laying the foundation of what we have today. We accomplished what we set out to do despite any obstacle.
None of this happens without the support and commitment from our customers and our partners. We can’t say enough how much we appreciate your commitment to LMI Packaging. We thank you for the opportunity to serve you, your team, and your company. It’s who we are and what’s important to us – Working Together and Growing Together. 2020 has been the most challenging and most rewarding time in my career. I am so proud of our LMI team! I am so thankful for our Customers/Partners commitment and trust in our team! Thank you again for putting your faith in LMI. You are appreciated.
