Our Goal:

To continue to press our employer of choice advantage and become a beacon of light in the Kenosha community.

Over 55 Years of Caring

“Our success at LMI is rooted in our culture, our LMI community. It was my grandfather’s vision when he started the business, which was grown and nurtured through my mother’s leadership. Both of them would agree that our culture existed and thrived because of the hardworking committed people over the years who bought into that vision and treated people with respect and led with humility for 55+ years. Two of our core values are Service and Community. It’s in our LMI DNA to serve and give back to our community, supporting the families of our teammates and making our community a better place for all.”

JP Moran, Chief Executive Officer.

Our Partnership with Local Colleges

We are proud to have college students join our team to learn and grow with us here at LMI Packaging. This program provides students with jobs, tuition assistance, and the opportunity to learn in many different departments of our company.

Annual Week of Caring in Action

In June, the LMI team volunteered at Lincoln Middle School for our “Annual Week of Caring” to complete a grounds beautification project.

We were pleased to revisit the school again in October for a Fall Cleanup.
