Y-Link Corporate Sponsor

LMI Packaging Solutions is proud to be a lead Corporate Sponsor for Y-Link, Kenosha’s Young Professionals Network.  Founded in 2009 as a partnership between Kenosha Area Business Alliance, Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Kenosha County, Y-Link is a non-profit organization open to the young in age, heart or community.

“We firmly believe that our commitment to the community extends well beyond the four walls of our manufacturing facility,” said Randall Troutman, Vice President of Engineering at LMI Packaging. “Sponsoring an organization like Y-Link allows us to live our vision of developing our community partners including the up and coming leaders that will drive the long term growth in the Kenosha area.”

Y-Link connects young professionals who live and work in the Kenosha Area to help them develop both personally and professionally through exposure to opportunities focused on community advancement. Y-Link hosts a variety of activities specially focused on the three areas of Professional Development, Community Outreach and Professional Networking events for its members.

Troutman will head Y-Link's Professional Development committee focused on leadership principals and individual growth. These efforts further demonstrate LMI Packaging's established heritage focused on community involvement.
